Family/Graduate Apartment Move-in Reminders
Here are some reminders for you as you make preparations to move in.
Key Pickup and Check-in
Please plan to arrive in Pullman During normal business hours, which are shown below, as all new residents will need to sign their rental agreement and pay any remaining rent due for the month you are moving in at the time of key pick-up. Keys may be picked up at the Housing Reservations Office, 2nd floor, Streit-Perham Hall. The resident who the lease is under will need to pick up the keys.
A front door key, laundry, and mailbox key will be issued to the resident and spouse. Additional door keys for dependents will be issued upon request. When requesting a key for your child, please be aware that locks will be changed and a fee of $40 for a door key or $10 for a mail key will be assessed for a lost key. Housing Services reserves the right to refuse keys for dependents that we deem too young to be responsible with keys.
Our business hours are:
Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
We will also be open 10 am to 4 pm on the two weekends in August prior to the start of the fall semester.
