Housing Information

Making sure that your student has a clean, comfortable, and safe place to live is of utmost importance. Washington State University provides numerous and varied living accommodations to suit every student type. Safety is also a chief concern.

Take a moment to learn about the many ways we strive to keep your student comfortable, happy, and safe.

2009 - 2010 Housing Break Schedule

  • Thanksgiving Break: 10:00 am, Nov. 22 to 2:00 pm, Nov. 28.
  • Semester Break: 10:00 a.m., Dec. 19 to 10:00 a.m., Jan. 6.
  • Spring Break: 10:00 a.m., Mar. 13 to 2:00 p.m., Mar. 20.

2009-2010 Hall Open/Close Dates

For Fall, the halls open at 10am on August 16, and close at 10am on December 19

In the Spring, the halls open at 10 am on January 6, and close at 5pm on May 8, except for summer and graduating residents.
