Residence Life Employment
Working for Residence Life is a rewarding experience. If you admired your RA while you were in the Residence Hall system, what better way to carry on that admiration than by becoming an RA yourself! There are many opportunities for student and non-students to take on a leadership role.
Non-students have many opportunities. They can, with proper training, become a Residential Education Director (RED). In this position you would be responsible for the daily operation of a Residence Hall. They could also become an Apartment Coordinator, helping residents with day-to-day issues and creating a positive apartment community.
Students can, with proper training, work as an RA or an REA.
While space is limited, all these exciting positions are available year round. Follow the links to learn about training schedules, compensation, and application procedures.
