Academic Temporary Positions
Academic temporary employees are trained to perform the same custodial duties that are expected of a staff custodian working in a Resident Hall or University owned apartments. These duties consist of cleaning all public areas, including bathrooms and shower rooms.
Academic temporary positions can become available at any given time during the year. The period of employment for these positions may last for a few weeks, or a few months.
Pay rates for these positions are set slightly higher than the state minimum wage requirement. This position does require a background check.
Please contact JoAnne Bryan 335-3420 or bryanj@wsu.edu for a current listing of an academic temporary position.
