Residence Hall Phone Service Information
Phone service in the residence halls is optional. Individual rooms will no longer come with an activated phone in the room; residents will be able to rent phone service from Housing Services. The cost to rent phone service in one’s room is $70 per semester; voice mail is $15 per semester. The cost of activation is $30. Summer rates will be $0.53/day for phone and $0.10/day for voice mail.
Residents choosing room phone service need to request it online using the form on this page. Room phones will be available from the hall front desk or from one of the custodians.

Olympia Avenue Residents: you will not be able to order phone service for your room. You can, however, utilize current Voice Over IP technology using your computer. Below is a partial list of non-supported Third-party VOIP providers.
