Dining at Washington State University
Our mission at Washington State University Dining Services is to consistently
provide an efficient, high quality and pro-active dining program which exceeds
the food service needs of today’s guests.
Our chefs take pride in serving high quality meals using the freshest ingredients and providing healthy options to our guests.
Dining Services supports the University’s sustainability initiative by using locally grown, minimally processed ingredients, selling Fair Trade coffee and recycling. Our newly renovated campus dining facilities not only provide three meals a day and late night snacks, but also provide a place to socialize with friends and enjoy special events.
Dining options on campus range from residence hall dining facilities to espresso
bars and markets. All facilities accept the Residence Dining Account
and
Cougar CASH 
as
payment.
Residence Dining Account (RDA) customers receive a 40% discount when they use their RDA in the residence dining facilities (Hillside Café, Northside Café, Cougar Fitness Café, and Southside Café). Residents using their RDA receive a 10% discount at the Markets and Espresso Bars, Carlita's Mexican Grille & Espresso, Flix Late Night (starting at 7:30pm nightly), and Hillside Late Night (starting at 7:30pm nightly). The Hillside Café and Hillside Late Night also accept cash.
Cougar CASH customers realize significant savings at all Dining Services locations on campus. Please ask your Dining Services cashier for details.
