Residence Hall and
Room Change Request Procedure
If you are currently living in a residence hall, see your Hall Director. After hearing your request, staff will look on our electronic waiting list to determine if others are ahead of your request. Then, staff will look on our assignments program to determine the availability of space.
If space is available, staff will give you a hall transfer card that will authorize
your move. Staff will mark the room as yours and give you a completion date,
by which you must complete the move. You must check-out properly from your current
space, which involves turning keys into your front desk and completing the room
inventory agreement. Failure to complete this process properly may result in
charges to your account. If you have questions, please ask your Hall Director.
