Cougar Fitness Café Account
What is the Cougar Fitness Café?
The Cougar Fitness Café (CFC) is an "all-you-care-to-eat" specialized Lunch and Dinner Cafe designed for active individuals. It provides low fat, high carbohydrate menu choices:
- Salad and Deli Bars
- Fresh Fruits & Vegetables
- Pasta Bars, Hamburger Bars
- Fresh Rolls and Breads, Soups
- Low Fat Desserts
- Fruit Juices, Milk, Hot Beverages
Two main meat, fish, or poultry entrees will be served per meal.
When and where?
The CFC is located in the Northside Café. Meals will begin on August 12, 2007 and continue through May 2, 2008. Please note that the CFC is not open during non-instructional periods.
The CFC hours of operation are as follows:
Monday - Friday
11:00 am - 1:30 pm for Lunch
Monday - Thursday
5:00 pm to 7:30 pm
and Sunday
5:00 pm to 7:00 pm for Dinner
Who can participate?
The Cougar Fitness Café is open to all WSU students, faculty, and staff.
Students, staff, and faculty who have a Residence Dining Account can participate on a meal-by-meal basis. Participants must have an active dining account.
How can you sign up for the Cougar Fitness Café?
Go to WSU Housing and Dining Financial Services in Streit-Perham to purchase the Cougar Fitness Café Account. Office Hours are: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Any Off Campus Student, Faculty, or Staff may sign up at any time during the semester at a pro-rated cost.
Residence Hall Students who choose the Cougar Fitness Cafe Account must sign up by the end of the second week of classes each semester.
How much will it cost?
Residence Hall customers may purchase a 10-meal per week account for $1,880 with a supplemental account of $803 for a total of $2,683 per semester. The supplemental account will provide $578 dining dollars to purchase breakfast and other weekend meals.
Off Campus customers may purchase a 10-meal per week account for $1,880 per semester or a 5-meal per week account for $1060 per semester.
Students, Faculty, and Staff with their Residence Dining Account or Cougar CASH accounts may participate in the Cougar Fitness Cafe by using their Dining Dollars:
Lunch will cost $9.10
Dinner will cost $11.90
More Information . . .
- When you sign up for the Cougar Fitness Café Account, the account will be activated on your CougarCard.
- Your CougarCard is used to gain entrance into the Cougar Fitness Café.
- There will be no refunds for missed meals.
- Your Cougar Fitness Café Account cannot be shared or transferred to others.
- No food may be taken out of the Cougar Fitness Café.
