Wired Residence Hall Room Network Access
- If you have a Network ID(NID) and are staying more than 3-4 days we would like you to use the Cisco Clean Access Agent (CCA).
- If you do not have a NID and are planning on an extended stay (or are here for a summer conference), please go to Guest ResNet Access or call 5-help
If you are having issues issues with CCA run windows updates, and download Symantec Antivirus (SAV) at scs.wsu.edu/sav. When installing SAV, you need to unplug from the network (and uninstall any other antivirus software you might have) then install SAV, plug back into the network, and run live updates on CCA.
