University Apartments

WSU is proud to offer university owned apartments in addition to our residence halls. They provide an alternative living arrangement for those students with families, single graduate students, and groups of students who wish to share an apartment. All university apartments are located within one mile of the WSU Campus. Bus service, with access to both WSU and the Pullman community, is provided by Pullman Transit free to students and staff.

Included in your rent: 60+ channel cable tv, water, sewer and trash collection. Some complexes may also include one or more of the following: heat, electrical use and furniture/furniture rental opportunities.

Family Housing

Family Housing is comprised of over 630 apartments in 6 complexes in price ranges to fit every budget. Students with spouses and/or dependents are given priority. Visiting professors, post doctorate researchers, new faculty and staff are considered once student demand has been met. All apartments are rented unfurnished. Our furniture rental program can assist those residents arriving without furniture; however, furniture is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
