Nez Perce Village
Nez Perce is located on the northeast side of campus near the Student Recreation Center. This complex is approximately a 10 minute walk from the center of campus with a bus stop located conveniently nearby. Completed in 1975, these units are carpeted, heated by electric heat and have individually controlled thermostats. The university pays for cable TV, water, sewer & garbage. Residents are responsible for electricity – including electric baseboard heat, phone and internet service. The average electrical charge is $60 a month. All apartments include stove and refrigerator and wall to wall carpeting in all rooms except kitchen and bathroom. Furnished apartments also include sofa & armchair, table with chairs, bed, dressers, and desks. (We will not remove furniture from furnished apartments.) A limited number of unfurnished apartments are available. A small patio with storage area is located out the back door. Roommates allowed only if on contract.
