Cancellation/Termination Fees
Cancellations occur prior to the student checking out keys for their assigned hall. Students who have picked up keys to their assigned room must submit an online termination and are subject to the termination fees listed below if they leave prior to May 1, 2010.
Please Note: Students with a housing contract who have not checked-in by 8PM the Sunday prior to classes beginning - August 23/Fall Term, Jan 10/ Spring Term – will be charged a $750 no show fee and their contract will be cancelled. Students who anticipate checking in late must contact the Housing at 509-335-4578 or housing@wsu.edu and inform them of their late arrival in order to avoid cancellation of their contract.
