Yakama Village
Yakama Village is the newest graduate housing complex and was built in the mid 90's. Units are fully furnished (stove, refrigerator, futon, lounge chair, dresser, and table with chairs) and includes wall to wall carpeting in all areas except kitchen and bathroom. The university provides water, sewer and garbage. All other utilities are the responsibility of the resident. Yakama Village is the only apartment complex connected to the university Ethernet. The average electrical charge is $36.00 a month. Yakama is located on the south side of campus and is a 10 minute walk to the center of campus.Roommates are not allowed in these units.
