Valley Crest Village
Valley Crest was built in the early 70's and there are forty-eight two and three bedroom apartments in this complex. It is located on the east side of campus and is about a 10-minute walk to the center of campus. There are two coin operated laundry rooms in the complex. All of the apartments have wall to wall carpeting except in the kitchen and bathroom. Off the dining room is a large pantry (closet) that can be used for extra storage space. Each apartment has its own private deck. The university provides cable TV, electrical service – including heat, water, sewer, garbage. The resident is responsible for phone and internet service.
