Steptoe Village

Steptoe Village

Located approximately 1 mile north of campus, Steptoe Village was built in 1971 and is the largest apartment complex in family housing with 200 units. There is easy access to the three coin operated laundry rooms located throughout this complex. Each unit is carpeted and has a small patio with extra storage space located in individual storage lockers next to the laundry rooms. The university provides water, sewer, garbage, heat and hot water. Residents are responsible for electrical usage (estimated charge - $18 - $25 per month), phone and cable television. Steptoe is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the center of campus and located on the Pullman Transit lines.
