Columbia Village
Columbia Village was built in the mid 70's and there are fifty-four, one, two and three bedroom apartments in this complex. The apartments are either flats - all the living areas on one floor, or townhouses where the bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. All apartments have wall to wall carpeting except in the kitchen and bathroom. Each apartment has its own patio or deck. Located on each patio/deck is a lockable storage closet. There is a coin operated laundry located in the middle of the complex. The university provides cable TV, water, sewer and garbage. All other utilities are the responsibility of the residents. Electrical costs average $55 - $70 per month depending on size of apartment. Wireless internet is available through First Step Internet. Columbia Village is located on the south side of campus and is approximately a 10-minute walk to the center of campus.
