Chinook Village

Chinook built in the mid 70's this apartment complex has one hundred and twenty-two, three or four bedroom apartments and two, two bedroom apartments. These apartments were built to accommodate three or four students in each unit. Each bedroom is set up for a single student. All apartments include stove and refrigerator and wall to wall carpeting in all rooms except kitchen and bathroom. Furnished apartments also include sofa & armchair, table with chairs, bed, dressers, and desks. (We will not remove furniture from furnished apartments.) A limited number of unfurnished apartments are available. Each apartment has either a deck or patio. The university pays for cable TV, water, sewer & garbage. Residents are responsible for electricity – including electric baseboard heat, phone and internet service. Wireless internet service is available through First Step Internet. Two coin operated laundry facilities are located within the complex. The complex also has a community center that can be reserved for the use of complex residents.
