Mission and Values

The Department of Residence Life serves all students living in our on campus communities. Our goal is to assist students in making connections with others while providing a safe and supportive environment that promotes scholarship, leadership, personal growth and intercultural awareness. We value the development and inherent worth of the whole person, emphasizing interpersonal communications, life skills and responsible citizenship. We celebrate our common and diverse backgrounds and aspire to help every individual find success.
