Online Family & Graduate Housing

  • This application will not be considered if your history has more than one delinquency letter, more than one notice to vacate, cleaning and damage charges in excess of $200, or other factors that are indicative of poor credit history.
  • Apartment Agreements run from July 1 to June 30.
  • Residents may begin occupancy at any time during the apartment agreement period.
  • Monthly license fees begins on the assigned Move-in date.
  • An online termination must be submitted at least 90 days prior to departure. Residents who fail to provide notice 90 days in advance of their departure will be charged a penalty equal to 90 days license fees from the date Housing Reservations receives the online termination notice.
  • License Fee is due on the 1st day of the month. Payments received after the 1st are subject to a late fee.
  • Smoking is prohibited on campus and in all WSU apartments.
  • The only pets allowed in all apartments are fish (maximum 30-gallon aquarium tank). Please see the WSU Pet Policy for more information.
  • Resident must maintain eligibility (student, post-doctorate, visiting researcher, staff, or faculty) in order to live in Family & Graduate Housing.
  • Shared Graduate housing is only available to graduate students who are entering an already designated shared graduate unit.
