Family/Graduate Student Apartment Rental Rates
If you are looking for a quick rate comparison, you can view the rate schedule. If you just want rates for one apartment, select your apartment options in the following table.
The monthly rental period runs from the first to the last day of each month. Rent must be paid by the 10th of each month. If it is not, the resident agrees to pay a late fee charge of $25.00. Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 returned check fee and a late fee. Monthly bills are NOT sent for rent due.
Apartment Types
- Townhouse: living room, dining room, and kitchen are all downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.
- Flat: all rooms and areas are on the same floor.
